Your Massage Therapist:
Alexandria Rast
Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Since 2012 I’ve been working as a Massage Therapist and qualified Health Advocate in the states of Utah, California, Hawaii and now Virginia for over 10 years. Guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle one session at a time!
I grew up as a Military Brat traveling all over, and I joined the USAF Reserves after graduating High School in Northern California. After serving as a Chaplain Assistant and Computer Admin full-time for 5 years I decided to pursue school for Massage Therapy. I had decided after my first massage when I was 19 that this was going to be something I wanted to give to others and I had finally come to a place where I could pursue it fully. I also love fitness and was a certified Personal Trainer, but Therapeutic Massage is my truest passion. I enjoy combining my knowledge of health & fitness with assisting clients in becoming pain free.
I graduated from Hawaii Healing Arts College intensive 10 month certification training program in 2012. I love combining different modalities into an Integrative approach to my massage practice. In school we learned the basic swedish massage style with added modalities such as shiatsu, deep tissue, geriatric, prenatal, reiki, reflexology, and even rolfing/structural integration. Beyond school I have been certified in Lomilomi-Traditional Hawaiian Relaxation massage, Thai Yoga mat massage, Segmental Bodywork-structural integration, Sports Therapy, Reiki I & II, Cupping, Gua Sha, Lymphatic Drainage and Aromatherapy.
Integrative massage combines all of these modalities and incorporates them into each session with clients based on their individual specific needs. Each massage is tailor made as needed to provide a relaxing experience along with true bodywork for health & space for healing.

I look forward to being able to help get you moving with ease!
